This is a Tombow tape roller with REMOVABLE double-sided tape (our item #42TOMR).
These rollers are quick and efficient - simply remove the cap, and roll the tape onto the back of the item to be mounted. Press the item into place in the album, and you are finished. They are not refillable, and come pre-loaded with removable double sided tape (this item), or with strong and secure permanent adhesive double sided tape (see separate item).
