A card-creasing wheel (our item CTL300BC) is available separately, to create easy double scored hinges in paper and card.
Replacement blades and mats can be purchased separately (see separate items). This way, the trimmer will provide years of regular use in the home or office. Another great advantage of this trimmer is the rotary blade, rather than the simple fixed cutting blade found on many cheap trimmers. A rotary blade provides a far more reliable cut, is much less likely to jam or bunch up your paper, and has a much longer lifespan than a fixed blade.
The metal cutting wheel is housed in a cutting head with a secure cover, and can be easily exchanged for one of the other cutting wheels included with the trimmer in a matter of less than a minute. Other cutting wheels included with this trimmer include a perforated cutting wheel for making tear-off sections, a wavy cutting wheel and a deckled cutting wheel for fancy edges. These spare cutting wheels are included with this trimmer, and are housed in a neat compartment in the base of the trimmer (see inset image to the right).
The cutting wheel moves across a self-healing cutting mat housed in the base of the trimmer. This cutting mat is reversible, and two replacement cutting mat strips are also included with the trimmer, which will provide for tens of thousands of cuts.
