You will then be shown your shopping cart contents, with the
option to modify or delete items, and with the option to "Proceed to Checkout" to complete shopping and pay for
your order.

also be amended during checkout to see the impact on shipping

procedure prompts for your delivery address. This information
is necessary to calculate shipping costs for your order.
Page Two of our checkout
will automatically calculate shipping costs for your order, based
on actual charges via Australia Post, and display the
grand total of your order (including shipping charges). At this point,
you are able to amend the quantities of items you wish to purchase,
and postage service selection, to see how these variables affect
your order and shipping totals.
You are then able to
finalise your order and select payment method. All customers
(International and Australian) are able to make payment using
Credit Card (secure server) or PayPal. Australian customers are
also able to pay by Direct Deposit or Money Order.
We aim to carry all items in stock at all times, ready for prompt
despatch from our warehouse in Mt Kuring-gai. If there is any
problem with stock availability, or if we cannot supply your
specific colour requests for any particular item, we will attempt
to contact you to discuss this before we proceed with
your order.
Credit Card and PayPal:
Orders received by 1pm are usually dispatched same-day. Orders
received after 1pm are usually dispatched next-day.
Direct Deposit:
Orders are dispatched once payment has appeared in our account
(usually one-two business days).
Money Order:
Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and accepted
(usually one business day). |

In accordance with NSW
Office of Fair Trading guidelines, we offer a refund or exchange
where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or do not
do what they are supposed to do.
In addition, and without
prejudice to our rights to decline such requests, we may
also agree to accept back items if you make a wrong decision
or change your mind about a photo album or other item you have
bought from us. In this case, we may offer to accept those items
back for a full refund of item price (excluding postage), on
the following conditions:
1. that you have our
prior approval (by email or telephone);
2. that the items are received by us in saleable condition (packaging
may be opened, but please include all packaging when returning
items);
3. that the return is made within four weeks of purchase, and
4. that it is not a non-stocked item (such as a custom-made
or customised album, which are non-refundable).
ONCE YOU HAVE OUR APPROVAL,
please include a note with your name and invoice number, and
return your unwanted items to:

Return postage is at
your expense. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and
no responsibility will be accepted for goods so sent. Items received
back in poor or damaged condition will not be refunded or returned.
On receipt of returned
items in good condition, a refund will be issued promptly using
the same method as your initial payment (where possible). |

Originally we were based in Hornsby, but in 2007 The Photo Album
Shop relocated to Mt Kuring-gai where we continue to offer a
wide range of photo albums and accessories, wedding albums and
archival storage systems.
We are specialist retailers
of photo albums, from custom-made matted-page albums typically
used as wedding albums through general purpose dry-mount, slip-in
and self-adhesive photo albums and accessories, to archival storage
solutions for photographic material.

The Photo Album Shop is located
at Unit 15, 12-14 Beaumont Road, MT KURING-GAI. Mt Kuring-gai
is about 10 minutes north of Hornsby, on the northern outskirts
of Sydney. Beaumont Road comes directly off the Pacific Highway
between Mt Kuring-gai and Berowra. If you are driving, take the
Berowra exit from the F3 freeway and then travel south on the
Pacific Highway to Mt Kuring-gai. Beaumont Road comes directly
off the Pacific Highway at a set of traffic lights sign-posted
as "Mount Kuring-gai Industrial Area".
