Use the button to add items to the shopping cart. You will then be shown your shopping cart contents, with the option to click to continue shopping, or to complete shopping and pay for your order. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase, click on the button. When you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted for your delivery address. Using this information, our checkout will automatically calculate shipping costs for your order, and display the grand total of your order (including shipping charges). You will then be able to enter payment details and finalise your order. All customers (International and Australian) are able to make payment using Credit Card (secure server) or PayPal. Australian customers are also able to pay by Direct Deposit or Money Order. We aim to carry all items in stock at all times, ready for prompt despatch from our warehouse in Mt Kuring-gai. If there is any problem with stock availability, or if we cannot supply your specific colour requests for any particular item, we will attempt to contact you to discuss this BEFORE we proceed with your order.

Shipping Charges: These are calculated automatically during the checkout process, once we know the destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping charges for your order on the second screen of our checkout system, BEFORE you agree to proceed with your order or enter any payment details.

Orders paid by Credit Card or PayPal: Orders received by midday (or 4pm for Express Post) are usually dispatched same-day. Orders received after midday (or 4pm for Express Post) are usually dispatched next-day. Orders paid by Direct Deposit: Orders are dispatched once payment has appeared in our account (usually one business day). Orders paid by Money Order: Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and accepted (usually one business day).

On receipt of your order, we check it through in detail. If there are any problems, we will contact you to discuss these before we proceed with your order. If there are no problems with your order, we will pack your order and despatch it promptly using the service you have selected.
