SHIPPING for orders OVER $150
place an order over $150 and we will waive the postage costs,
anywhere within Australia. Free shipping is by regular post only.
There is no upper limit, and overweight orders which qualify will
be shipped as multiple parcels with free shipping. Orders are
usually despatched next-business-day at the latest. Please phone
us during business hours to arrange Express Post orders.

International Orders Online
We do not currently accept
international orders through our website. We hope to re-introduce
international shipping in the future. Existing international customers,
and new customers prepared for real-world high postage charges,
may order by email.
We accept payment via
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, direct deposits and
bank transfers, Australian dollar cheques, Australia Post money

Tax Invoice accompanies all orders.
Secure checkout services
on our website are provided by ezimerchant, backed up with a current SSL
certificate and website identity assurance. Further information

Data is secured by electronic
and physical security systems. All sensitive customer information
is securely destroyed when no longer required.
We offer delivery via
Regular Post* through our website.
Other delivery options
such as Express Post, overnight and same-day couriers may be available;
please phone us to discuss this.
If you have special requirements
or considerations, please let us know in the 'Additional Information'
section during checkout (eg if your order is a gift and you want
it sent without invoice; in which case invoice will be emailed).
You are welcome to request
a "safe drop" for your order (eg leave at front door
if not home) in the Additional Information section during checkout,
but please note we are not responsible for missing deliveries
in this case.
Please note orders are
generally NOT traceable. If this is a concern, please request
"traceable delivery" in the 'Additional Information'
section during checkout. There is no extra charge for this.
* Regular Post orders
may be sent via Australia Post or an alternative courier service
at our discretion (unless you specifically request a particular

We will notify you of extended delays beyond 2-3 days.
For priority orders, you
can simply request "please despatch ASAP" in the 'Additional
Information' section during checkout, and we will prioritise your
order. Express Post orders are also prioritised.
Delivery times depend
on Australia Post or other carriers, but in our experience are
typically around 1-3 days for Australian east coast up to 5+ business
days for west coast and more remote destinations.
WE RESPECT YOUR RIGHT
TO PRIVACY. We may contact you via email once and once only
after your order to ask if you wish to receive more information
from us. You will NOT be automatically entered on any mailing
list of any sort, and you will not be contacted again.
We do require your phone
number, but only as a backup contact in case of problems with
your order. We will NEVER contact you via phone for any other

Whilst we do our best
to describe all items accurately, fairly and in detail, we understand
that sometimes what you get just isn't what you expected ... and
we realise that it's in our interests to make sure that you are
radiantly happy with your purchase from us.

Office of Fair Trading guidelines, if you have an item that is
faulty, has been wrongly described, or does not do what it's supposed
to do, then we offer a full refund or exchange of goods as you
prefer. Please contact us for REPLY PAID details.
If you've bought too many,
the wrong colour or size, or you've just changed your mind, then
in addition to our statutory requirements, and without prejudice
to our rights to decline such requests, we may agree to accept
those items back for a refund of item price (excluding postage),
on the following conditions:
1. you have our prior
approval (by email or telephone);
2. return postage is at your expense;
3. the items are received by us in saleable condition* (see below);
4. the return is made within three months of purchase.
* When returning items
such as photo albums and frames, we strongly recommend that you
pack the items in a BOX, because padded bags and post packs do
not provide adequate protection. Unfortunately, we are not able
to accept damaged items for return or refund.
Please note that our change-of-mind
returns are limited to regularly stocked items, and exclude custom-made
or special order items.

Return postage is at your
expense. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and no responsibility
will be accepted for goods so sent. Items received back in poor
or damaged condition will not be refunded or returned.
On receipt of returned
items in good condition, a refund will be issued promptly using
the same method as your initial payment (where possible).
